Car Show 2019

The boys enjoyed trying out all the new cars and picking out their favorites.

'Nastics

Sydney has been taking gymnastics with the goal of learning how to do a cartwheel. She has been very serious in her lessons. She even has a specific outfit she wears every week.

Here she is collecting the 2nd half of her ribbons earned -including one for cartwheels.

She had that happy, "I'm going to crush you," look in her eye. She loved putting on all of the equipment. She was feeling very official.

2019 and It's All Snow All The Time

We're going for the snowiest February on record! Woo hoo, we're so excited - er, um when's spring?
At least the kids get outside and shovel

 sled down the driveway

or the deck stairs

and build some epic forts and tunnels! We have toboggan runs all over our yard. The only injury of note is Sydney's bloody ear after sledding into the bushes. Then, they built a ramp at the bushes. 

11 on the 11th

Colin celebrated his golden birthday this year. When asked what he wanted for his birthday dinner, “Nana’s special mashed potatoes.” These are regular mashed potatoes, yes she does peel them, and it’s a rare treat for the kids. Lol!
