Teen Driving Clinic

 Papa signed Colin up for the Audi Teen Driving Clinic, an all day behind the wheel clinic to give teens a sense of extreme driving conditions. Colin had a blast and really enjoyed the experience. My car survived, too. He knew one other kid from Adventures in Cardboard camps. 

12 Years Old

 Celebrated Sydney's 12th birthday with cake, candles, and gifts. Her pal party was again at SkyZone. Kids gift a lot of chips and candy!

Annie- Middle School Musical

 

This 6th grader bravely auditioned for the middle school production of Annie. She picked an ensemble cast audition and was excited that she was selected for 3 roles - Kid in NYC, Police Officer and House Staff.

It was a huge time commitment, but Syd really enjoyed the choreography, the songs and the costumes. She felt like she met a lot of really nice kids and she got to know some of her teachers in a different light. Syd was touched that so many family and friends came out to see the shows. 

Visit to Alexandria, VA

 And so, another wedding in the lovely VA area by Uncle Russ and Aunt Mandi. 

It worked out great to go and see them to enjoy some cousin time with Brodie and Liam, and for Bill and I to attend Cousin Will and Hannah's wedding nearby. 

Great weather for a lovely wedding at the Pope -Leighey House.
