First Day of School 2019

This is the last year they'll be in the same school - 2nd and 6th grades. They were excited to go and see all their friends. And both came home with a thumbs up on the first day.

Sydney has Miss Clingan and Colin has Mrs. Smith.

Annual Trip to Valley Fair

It was a bit breezy the last week of summer vacation, but it didn't stop the kids and Bill from jumping into Soak City. We coaxed Syd on her first roller coaster. She braved it, but the High Roller is a very bumpy one, so she wasn't getting on another one that day. We did discover that she loves the spinning rides like Scrambler and Tilt a Whirl. A girl after my own heart. However, even with Dramamine, I can stomach those types of rides any more. Fortunately, she was fine going by herself. Colin was happy to hit the roller coasters and snack on Dippin Dots.
