His Purpleness

Colin, Nana and Papa Guitar visited the latest Prince tribute, a mural in Chanhassen by an Aussie artist. It's very large and very purple.

Rock Climbing

Colin has graduated from climbing trees to climbing 40 and 55 foot rock towers. He was nervous about the heights, but the instructors were great with the kids and allowed them to progress at their own pace. Once Colin rang that first bell, he was very comfortable making his way higher.

Last Day of 2nd Grade

Colin had a great year in Mr. Utecht's 2nd grade class. He made several new friends, found out he needed glasses to read the smart boards, and was accepted into Key gifted program.

The bus stop gang: Caitlyn, Nolan, Ava, CP, Henry and Chloe.

Mother's Day

We enjoyed a beautiful day exploring one of the best parks of MN - Minnehaha Falls in downtown Mpls. There's also a great seafood place to eat in the park, however the wait is always over an hour long...and the kids don't eat seafood. Anyway, we had fun with Nana and Papa Guitar playing in the river, the playground and hiking around the park.

Tree Climbing

Colin found the perfect tree to begin honing his tree climbing skills. He spent the afternoon climbing up and down, up and down. He's ready for American Ninja Warrior season to start.

Christmas 2015

(A little out of order since I'm just updating photos now...)

Enjoyed an extended stay in Ohio due to weather complications. The kiddos were happy to have more time with cousins Zoe and J, Uncle Russ, and Nana Mary and Papa Beard. 

Busy visit with Zoo lights, family visits, new Star Wars movie, and of course opening all the presents under the beautiful tree. 

The Goofiness Continues

 Colin lovingly makes his bed every morning and tucks in his friends.
